Stability challenges of carbon-supported Pt-nanoalloys as fuel cell oxygen reduction reaction electrocatalysts
Carbon-supported Pt nanoalloys deliver sufficient ORR activity for commercial PEM fuel cells, but stability remains the outstanding challenge. This review surveys current understanding of their degradation mechanisms.
